Being a father means you have to know where to do the nappy thing. Not too sure about this logo though.

It was talking about free coin lockers in the Tokyo National Museum, the Heiseikan part. You might wonder what the point is of giving you a sign with English already on it. Of course you can see the meaning, but the reading of the kanji is something worth practising, so whenever you see this sign you can practise the reading too.
